When removing the hydroxy iron desulfurizer in the flue gas, there are many alkaline solutions prepared by using cheap lime, limestone, and calcareous agents. Hydroxy iron desulfurizer is a solid desulfurizer that can desulfurize with or without oxygen. The principle is to chemically adsorb the sulfur-containing compounds in the exhaust gas in the pores of the desulfurizer, and change its chemical composition to purify the gas. After the hydroxyl iron desulfurizer reaches saturation, that is, when the desulfurization ability disappears, regeneration such as steam stripping and regeneration is required. However, if the iron oxide desulfurizer is used for a long time, its activity will decrease. For example, if the small pores inside are blocked by some impurities, the desulfurizer will be inactivated, but the existence of trace oxygen in the reaction system can improve the desulfurization activity and prolong the life. Hydroxy iron desulfurizer is popular among users for its large sulfur capacity, low price, and air regeneration at room temperature. However, there are disadvantages such as poor strength, water pulverization, and low desulfurization accuracy (1ppm), which affect its industrial application.
In response to this situation, Langjing's technicians have devoted themselves to research for several years and developed a new hydroxy iron desulfurizer, which has the following characteristics.
1. High desulfurization precision: when the imported H2SI is 1000ppm, the exported H2S 0.05ppm is 20 times higher than the conventional Fe2O3 desulfurization precision (1ppm).
2. Fast reaction speed: 3-6 times higher than ordinary Fe2O3 with a space velocity of 1000-20000h-1.
3. Under the conditions of 1 and 2, when the initially refined H2S sulfur allowance is O2, it is 15-20%, which is 3-6 times that of the conventional Fe2O3 desulfurizer.
4. Good strength and good water resistance, it will not pulverize after being boiled or soaked for 30 days, and the strength will not change.
5. The applicable temperature range is wide.
6. It can be applied under the condition of no O2 or high CO2. In the absence of oxygen, the desulfurization capacity of H2S is 12-15%.
Hydroxy iron desulfurizer is suitable for desulfurization of various gases such as natural gas, water gas, semi-water gas, air gas, coke oven gas, reformed gas, CO2 regas, food CO2, raw material gas of iron and steel plants, methane, petrochemicals, etc.
Filling method of hydroxy iron desulfurizer: (The filling of hydroxy iron desulfurizer directly affects the use effect, which is fully valued).
1. Before loading, it is necessary to sieve the desulfurizer to remove the dust generated during transportation and loading and unloading.
2. Calculate the filling volume of each layer. The desulfurizer is filled in two or three layers, each layer is 1 meter high, and the total height-to-diameter ratio is 2.0-3.0.
3. Spread 8-10 mesh stainless steel mesh on the desulfurizer grid first, and spread 50mm amp on the metal mesh; after spreading 20-30mm refractory balls, spread 8-10 mesh stainless steel mesh to fill the desulfurizer. When the gas rises up and down, spread desulfurizer 8-10 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, spread 20-30mm thick refractory balls or coke to press tightly, and fix it on the coke with grid plates to prevent gas from splashing.
4. Using professional filling tools, the bag-like sewage pipe is automatically rotated, so that the material is evenly filled around the reactor, and desulfurizer is added from the middle or a certain part to prevent uneven filling.
5. During the filling process, it is forbidden to step on the desulfurizer, and wooden boards can be used to spread the material layer, and enter the tower to pick up the material and detect the condition of the device.
6. The air-tight gas belt liquid enters the desulfurization tower, and the tower body is equipped with a water-guiding sprayer, and the sharp bed layer is drained in time after the water enters, and the color of the tower front has a steam-water separator with sufficient capacity.
